Session 5
Aloha Divine One,
Like last week, we’re going to reflect on how your ideal day went (and any updates needed or incorporated), how integrating your chosen need went, and learn about how boundaries are beautiful. So, let’s jump in and and look at how you did last week!
Print out My Ideal Day Reflection or grab a journal. First, write out My Ideal Day. Then STOP! Don’t answer or even look at any of the questions. Next, let’s calm and ground with this meditation or whatever practice you use to center yourself, ground yourself, and calm your mind. Now that you are calm and centered, complete My Ideal Day Reflection.
Remember, My Ideal Day is NOT expected to be perfect. This is a concept you are integrating into your everyday. Small, sustainable steps lead to long lasting change and transformation, so please be gentle on yourself and give yourself grace as you incorporate this into your daily life. Just start aligning your life into My Ideal Day and make a note when My Ideal Day needs adjusting or would benefit from a shift. And think of this as a working document as YOU get to know YOU better. We’re striving for progress here, not perfection, AND being gentle and graceful with ourselves along the way. 1% progress little by little leads to MASSIVE changes!
Next, if incorporating 1 need into your life went well and flowed, start to incorporate another need into your life. If it didn’t go well or you avoided incorporating your need, set the intention to work on it this week. Sometimes we have a lot of resistance to take care of ourselves, especially if we think it’s selfish. So, it may take a few times to really take it on, but stick with it because you deserve to have your needs filled and live by your values and what really matters to you.
Third, how did playing around with these 2 ideas go?
1. What 1-2 tactics or techniques will help you calm and ground in a stressful situation (meaning: so you don’t lose your shit)?
2. What 1-2 tactics or techniques will help you stop a downward spiral and calm your mind?
Were you able to start incorporating 1-2 tactics or techniques to keep you in a good state or to get into a calm and grounded state? If not, no worries! You have access to this program forever so if you need a little more time on one lesson, take it! We aren’t in a race… The focus here is to actually incorporate these concepts by replacing them for outdated thinking or behaviors that no longer serve us.

I know it’s a lot. As I said earlier, if you need to take more than a week for this lesson, take it! Just make sure you keep moving forward! Do your best, don’t get stuck on perfection, meditate when you need to calm your mind, and use the tapping video when you are stressed or overwhelmed. You are making small, sustainable steps to massively change your life.
